Privacy notice
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This notice explains how Threewaves Ltd handles information when you visit our website, contact us, use the website chat, or book a meeting. We provide services to businesses, and handle personal information about business contacts only where needed to respond to enquiries and provide our services.
Who we are
Threewaves Ltd is the organisation responsible for personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09881748.
For privacy questions or to make a data request, contact us using the WhatsApp contact option on our website.
Information we may handle
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- your name, business role, company name, and business contact details;
- the contents of messages or information you choose to share in an enquiry or chat;
- details you provide when arranging a meeting, such as your name, email address, and booking information; and
- technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, and request or security logs.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the website chat or when booking a meeting.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to business enquiries, prepare for requested meetings or quotes, provide and manage services, and maintain the security and operation of our website.
Depending on the situation, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure business, or a legal obligation.
Website and service providers
Our website is hosted and protected using Cloudflare Pages. The website also uses Tidio's Lyro AI chat service, and Calendly when you choose to book a meeting. If you use these features, the information you provide and relevant technical information may be processed by those providers to deliver the service. We use Microsoft 365 to handle business email and related communications. The site also loads typefaces and icon files from Google Fonts and unpkg, which receive technical request information when delivering those files.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy information. You can read more in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Tidio Privacy Policy, Calendly Privacy Notice, Microsoft Privacy Statement, and Google Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information where needed to professional advisers, courts, regulators, or law enforcement.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider must use an appropriate safeguard.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
Our website uses your browser's local storage to remember your display theme choice. This is not a cookie. The Tidio chat and Calendly booking feature are provided by third parties and may use their own cookies or similar technologies when loaded or used. Please see their privacy information linked above and your browser settings for more details and controls.
How long we keep information
If a business enquiry does not become a customer relationship, we keep the enquiry and related contact details for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then delete them unless we still need them to handle an active matter, meet a legal obligation, or establish or defend a legal claim.
If you become a customer, we keep relevant service and business records for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards where needed for legal, accounting, or business record purposes. Technical security information is kept according to the relevant provider's retention practices.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy in a portable format. To make a request, contact us through the WhatsApp link above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our website, services, or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
